Manufacturing Process Methods

Seamless Co-Extrusion & Barrier Layering

Multiple plastic layers, including an optional EVOH barrier, are co-extruded simultaneously to form a continuous, seamless tube body.

Precision Sleeve Cutting

The extruded tube body is cut into individual target lengths for uniform sizing.

Tube Head & Shoulder Molding

A plastic shoulder and threaded neck are molded and fused directly onto the tube body to form the top dispenser.

Surface Printing & Decoration

The exterior is decorated using offset printing, screen printing, or labeling in up to 6 colors with optional foil stamping.

Tamper-Evident Safety Seal (TESS)

A tamper-evident safety seal is applied over the orifice when requested to protect hygiene and product integrity.

Capping & Protective Packaging

Tubes are fitted with stand-on-cap closures and packed into protective inner bags and outer cartons for distribution.

Mirror-like metallic effect with a hidden seam line. Can be decorated with up to 11 colors including foil stamping. EVOH barrier in the laminate structure provides excellent protection from oxygen permeation. Retains shape after squeezing (plastic memory, same as CoEx tubes). All MPET tubes can be fitted with orientated flip top caps
