Seven steps

A predictable path from idea to delivered product

  1. 01

    Initial Consultation & Requirements Review

Every project opens with a conversation. We capture your product, volumes, timeline, regulatory needs, and budget, then align on what success looks like before a single drawing is made.

  2. 02

    Material & Process Selection

We match your product to the right structure and process — glass or plastic bottles, barrier tubes, tins, textiles, or closures — balancing performance, cost, and sustainability.

  3. 03

    Design & Engineering

Our team engineers the pack for both shelf impact and manufacturability, turning concepts into production-ready designs.

  4. 04

    Prototyping & Sample Approval

You review physical samples and pre-production prototypes. We iterate on fit, finish, and function until the sample is signed off — nothing moves to tooling without your approval.

  5. 05

    Tooling & Production Setup

Approved designs move to tooling. Molds are cut, lines are configured, and first-article inspections confirm the setup reproduces the approved sample at scale.

  6. 06

    Manufacturing & Quality Control

Production runs under our ISO 9001-certified quality system, with in-process inspection and lot documentation at every stage to hold every unit to the same standard.

  7. 07

    Packaging & Global Shipping

Finished goods are packed, palletized, and shipped worldwide — turnkey production, packaging, and delivery from a single manufacturing partner.

Quality backbone

Steps 4 through 6 run under a single ISO 9001-certified quality system — with lot documentation carried through every run.

FAQ

How the process works

How long does a typical project take from consultation to shipment? +
It varies with complexity and tooling. Stock structures with custom decoration can ship in weeks; fully custom tooled programs run longer. A step-by-step timeline is set during the initial consultation so each milestone is known up front.
Do I have to approve samples before production? +
Yes. Nothing advances to tooling or a production run without written sign-off on prototypes and pre-production samples. Approval gates are built into the process by design.
Can E2Global handle both manufacturing and global shipping? +
Yes. E2Global offers turnkey production, packaging, and worldwide delivery, so a single partner carries a program from design through to your dock.
