1. Getting Started & Partner Qualification

What details do you need from me to give an accurate quote?

To provide a fast and accurate quote, our engineering team requires clear project parameters:

  • Product Specifications — size/volume, neck finish, and primary material preferences (PET, HDPE, PP, Glass, Aluminum, etc.)
  • Decoration Requirements — specific decoration techniques and the total number of print colors
  • Timeline & Volume — target delivery date and anticipated order volume (starting at our 10,000-unit minimum)
What is E2 Global's "Hi5" qualification process?

Hi5 is E2 Global’s proprietary intake framework designed to evaluate new partnerships and ensure our speed, scale, and operational capabilities align with your business requirements. We specialize in serving established, high-velocity brands and experienced industry teams using 5 core criteria:

  1. Existing Business — is the client an established corporate entity?
  2. Proven Products — do they currently have active products in the market?
  3. Established Distribution — is a retail or direct-to-consumer distribution network in place?
  4. Consumable Goods — are the products fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)?
  5. Execution Fit — does the project align with E2 Global’s core manufacturing capabilities?
What are your standard payment terms?

Standard payment terms for new orders are a 50% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining 50% balance due prior to shipping. Once an ongoing order history and commercial relationship are established, custom credit terms may be evaluated for qualified accounts.

2. Design, Molds & Minimum Orders (MOQ)

How do custom mold fees work, and can I split my MOQ across different colors?
  • Custom Tooling — proprietary shapes are engineered through our DesignWorks department. We provide 3D models and prototype samples prior to mold construction. Tooling requires a 50% deposit upfront and 50% upon 1st article sample approval.
  • MOQ Requirements — brand-new custom mold builds carry a 25,000-unit MOQ. Standard/open mold runs require a 10,000-unit MOQ.
  • Color Splits — order splitting across multiple custom colors is evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on component specs and production run parameters.
What artwork file formats and color specifications do you require for decoration?

We supply exact dieline templates directly to your creative team. Final artwork must be submitted in vector Adobe Illustrator (.AI) or high-resolution PDF format with all fonts converted to outlines and Pantone (PMS) color codes explicitly defined.

Are samples free, or is there a sample fee?

Component samples are typically provided free of charge. Clients are responsible for sample shipping costs, which are direct-billed to your company’s FedEx or UPS account number.

3. Production, Quality & Sustainability

What are your standard lead times for custom production and new molds?
  • Standard Production Runs — typical production takes 35–45 days from artwork and sample approval (subject to PO volume). Timelines for standard vs. established custom molds are identical.
  • New Custom Mold Builds — engineering a new custom mold typically takes 45 days to manufacture and deliver 1st article samples for client sign-off.
What is your Quality Control (QC) process, and how are defects handled?

Every project receives a tailored QC protocol designed specifically for its technical specifications. E2 Global provides weekly quality documentation and full lot/batch traceability across production runs.

If a quality issue arises upon delivery, inform your account team immediately. E2 Global will conduct a root-cause investigation, deliver a formal report, and institute immediate corrective actions for future runs.

Who is responsible for formula compatibility and leak testing?

Because E2 Global is a packaging manufacturer and not a chemical formulator, clients are responsible for testing bulk formula compatibility with packaging materials.

Fit & Seal Guarantee — when E2 Global manufactures both matching components (e.g., bottle and cap assembly), we fully test and guarantee a leak-free seal. If components are sourced across third-party suppliers, fitment and seal performance cannot be guaranteed against outside parts.

What sustainable or eco-friendly packaging options do you offer?

E2 Global is an industry leader in Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) resin integration, with extensive production experience across PP, PE, PET, and ABS resins. We welcome evaluations of alternative sustainable materials, provided they meet our quality thresholds and possess a reliable supply chain.

4. Shipping & Freight Logistics

Do you manage shipping, or can I handle logistics myself?

Clients are welcome to manage their own logistics, or utilize E2 Global’s turnkey freight management for a flat $500 door-to-door fee (covering ocean/air freight coordination, customs, and duty clearance).

Tariff Advantage — leveraging E2 Global’s international customs clearance expertise often unlocks significant duty and tariff advantages that reduce your overall delivered cost.
